• Payment method verification (bank account confirmation, e-wallet screenshot, or credit card verification)
• Additional documentation as required for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status and payment method.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before associated funds become withdrawable.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the rbt52 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Exchange rate fluctuations for international payment methods are the responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Bonus Terms

rbt52 offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet details before confirmation.
• rbt52 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or if the integrity of the event is compromised.

5.2 Game Results and Settlement

Game results and bet settlements are determined according to the following principles:

• For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) provided by licensed game developers.
• For live dealer games, results are determined by the live dealer and verified by video recording.

• In rare cases of obvious technical errors in game results, rbt52 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain advantage.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Account Suspension and Termination

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.

7.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure:

• Any remaining genuine funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the Player after verification.
• All active bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited.
• Outstanding wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before withdrawal of funds.
• Personal data will be retained as required by applicable regulations before secure deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rbt52 and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings resulting from use of or inability to use the platform.

In any event, rbt52's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

All content on the rbt52 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of rbt52 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Dispute Resolution

12. General Provisions
